With a background in food science, I quickly realized that traditional nutrition education often misses the bigger picture of health. My deep dive into insulin, metabolism, and cognitive function led me to understand that insulin is the key hormone influencing energy, weight, and mental clarity.

To approach health holistically, I studied integrative nutrition at IIN, became a certified fitness trainer, and specialized as a sports nutritionist to bridge the gap between science, movement, and real-world application.
